The following information will allow you to review our music, but more importantly, it can assist  you with a search that is downright easy. The Downright Music Search Engine has been created to help find the best cuts suited for your needs, with a few easy clicks. Let’s begin by taking you through the steps to accomplish your on-line search.

Register / Login:

Music can only be accessed by registered account holders. If you have not yet registered for an account you may register here. If you already have an account with us and need instruction on using our Music Search Engine, you may watch the instructional video and/or follow the instructions below.

Note: The following instructions are also available once you have logged in to the Music Search Engine.

Search For Music:

Once you've logged into to our Music Search Engine you will see a search bar at the top of the page directly below the Downright Music banner. You can enter a single keyword or multiple keywords. Your search results will be displayed in the window below and the total number of choices are then listed in the red bar above the audio player.  To further refine your search, click on the lock icon located to the left of the search bar, enter the keyword and you will see the number of filtered results.  Then, to audition a track, click the music note icon on the far left  column of the of the desired track.

Create A Playlist:

The “Play” icon is located on the far right of the All Sources row. Click and this will open a new window allowing you to create folders and playlists for tracks you want to keep. Six buttons are displayed at the bottom of the window.  When you click on the first button labeled “New playlist”,  you will then be prompted to name it.  You can add tracks to your playlist by clicking on the “plus” icon to the far left of the track or you can drag it and drop it into the playlist.  You can create folders by clicking on the “New folder” icon in the playlist window.

Download A Track:

You can download tracks by clicking on the “down arrow” icon located to the far left of the track in the search results window.
